Residency Trained in Emergency and Critical Care

Taylor Curley, DVM, Practice Limited to Emergency and Critical Care

After growing up in Arizona, Dr. Curley has returned to the Southwest to continue serving the community as an Emergency and Critical Care Specialist.  She has worked in the veterinary field since she was a teenager, and her passion for medicine has only been strengthened throughout her path toward this cutting-edge specialty known as Critical Care.

Dr. Curley completed her bachelor's and Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine Degree at Colorado State University.  After veterinary school, she continued her education by completing a small animal rotating internship and emergency and critical care residency at the University of Florida in Gainesville. Dr. Curley completed her Emergency and Critical Care residency program in 2024, with special interests in dialysis, therapeutic plasma exchange, acute trauma, and the complicated treatment of septic patients. Inspired by two of her mentors at the University of Florida, Dr. Curley also has a passion for navigating many situations based on client needs and limitations. She enjoys macgyvering plans all while providing the best patient care.

Dr. Curley is an avid runner, and scuba diver, and loves traveling to pursue these passions in different locations around the globe. When she isn’t helping patients and their people, she can be found on the trails or at the park with her dog Nahla.
