Dr. Jenny Bauman is originally from Tucson, AZ.  She graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology as well as a Bachelors of Science degree in Veterinary Science. She completed veterinary school at Kansas State University, receiving her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2012.  Dr. Baumann completed a rotating internship at Veterinary Specialty Center of Tucson and an emergency specific internship at Wisconsin Veterinary Referral Center. 

Dr. Bauman has practiced emergency small animal medicine in the valley since 2014. Her interests include toxicities and snakebite management. She received her acupuncture certification through Chi University in Florida in 2020-2021. Dr. Bauman utilizes acupuncture in her emergency care to assist with patient pain management and care. 

Dr. Bauman enjoys spending time with her family and her brood of pit bulls. She enjoys horseback riding, horse showing, kayaking, and attending live shows.
