Referring Your Patient to ARISE Veterinary Center
The experienced Doctors and staff at Arizona Regional, Intensive Care, Specialty & Emergency (ARISE) Veterinary Center are honored to be your trusted referral partner, serving your patient’s medical needs when you are not available in emergent situations or when specialized care is needed. The veterinarians, technicians, and support staff at ARISE Veterinary Center have extensive training and certification in each of their respective specialty areas. Our emergency and ICU care team is available to care for your patients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We look forward to providing you and your clients with the most advanced medical care when it is needed most.
Our Board-Certified Critical Care Specialists or Emergency Veterinarians are available for your transferring cases.
Transferring your patient to us:
As a trusted partner, we prioritize engaging in discussions with you, the primary care veterinarian, prior to any patient transfers. This dialogue allows our team to develop a tailored treatment plan that aligns with the specific needs of both the patient and client before they are transferred to our care. Patients will receive a reduced exam fee with your direct transfer cases.
To expedite the transfer process:
Speak to one of our Board-Certified Critical Care Specialists or Emergency Veterinarians
Email a copy of patient's recent medical record with pertinent lab results, including radiographs and/or diagnostics in advance to [email protected].
