Veterinary Cancer Treatment Options
Every patient receives a customized treatment plan designed around their individual diagnosis and needs.
Chemotherapy
Veterinary chemotherapy protocols are specifically designed to maintain quality of life while targeting cancer cells. Most pets tolerate treatment exceptionally well, experiencing far fewer side effects than human cancer patients.
Targeted Therapies
Targeted cancer treatments work by disrupting specific pathways that allow cancer cells to grow and spread, providing additional treatment options for certain tumor types.
Immunotherapy
Immunotherapy harnesses the body's own immune system to recognize and fight cancer, helping improve outcomes for select patients.
Surgical Oncology Collaboration
For many cancers, surgery plays an important role in treatment. Our oncology team works closely with ARISE's surgical specialists to coordinate comprehensive care when surgical intervention is recommended.
Palliative Care & Pain Management
When cure is not possible, our focus shifts to comfort. We provide treatments aimed at reducing pain, managing symptoms, and helping pets maintain the highest possible quality of life.
Meet Our Oncologist
Schedule an In-Person Oncology Consultation
If your pet has been diagnosed with cancer, has a suspicious mass, or you are seeking a second opinion, our oncology team is here to help. Whether you prefer an in-person visit or would like to start with a telemedicine consultation, we can help you understand your options and develop the best plan for your pet.
Call (480) 746-6600Telemedicine Oncology Consultations
For pet families facing a new cancer diagnosis or seeking guidance about a possible cancer diagnosis, a telemedicine consultation can be a convenient first step. Our oncology team can review your pet's medical history, discuss diagnostic results, explain treatment options, and help you determine the next steps in care.
Please note that telemedicine appointments are consultation visits only. Because a physical examination cannot be performed virtually, an in-person appointment may still be recommended for additional diagnostics, treatment planning, or ongoing care.
